Q: what are the "complete system back" options
A: The computers come from Sony Japan with Japanese Windows.
Our company installs English Vista with all sony drivers and applications set up correctly, but there is no English recovery partition on the computer.
we give you the option to order a set of system recovery DVDs which includes PC system recovery software
OR you can make the system recovery yourself when you first receive the computer. (highly recommended)
