Because of the current tracking system in Germany, the data for some EMS items sent to Germany state “delivered” in spite of the fact that the item in held at the local customs authority. Your patience during the period of improvement will be greatly appreciated.

Due to problems in the track and trace system in Austria, Croatia, and Sweden some EMS items sent to these countries will not be traced.

Limited to international air parcels destined to Australia, China, Hong Kong, the Republic of Korea and the United States. Since we are currently exchanging information with these countries only on a trial basis, some air parcels sent to these destinations well not be traced.

Due to time difference, the latest search result and detailed display sequence may differ from actual handling sequence.

Due to the situation in some countries, the tracking data may not be available for some items or it may take a long time to get the correct tracking information. If there is no tracking data for your EMS items, please ask about it at your local post office.
